Analytics Data
With your consent, we use PostHog (US-hosted) to understand how visitors use our site. PostHog is optional: its library is not loaded and it stores no analytics identifier unless you select Accept analytics. If accepted, it stores a random identifier in a first-party cookie and in your browser's local storage so it can recognize pages as one visit and tell when you return.

When you consent, PostHog collects:

- Interactions on our pages, such as which buttons or links you click

If you start a checkout after consenting, our server also records the purchase steps (offer, price, and payment, renewal, or refund status) in PostHog, linked to your analytics identifier but never to your name or email. This is skipped without consent and whenever your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Contact Forms
When you contact us through an inquiry form, you voluntarily provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message content
- Your phone number, when you ask us to call or text you back
Form submissions are stored as intake records and may be routed to our customer relationship and email systems to respond to your request.
Text Messaging (SMS)
When you text us at +1 (305) 831-0074, or give us your mobile number and ask us to text or call you back, we collect your mobile number, the content of the messages you exchange with us, and a record of your text messaging opt-in and opt-out. We use this information only to reply to you about your inquiry, to schedule appointments related to it, and, for staff and contractors who opt in, to send internal operations alerts. - No sharing for marketing: Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Opt-in data stays with us: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our text messages (such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers), solely to deliver those messages.
- No purchased lists: We do not buy, rent, or sell phone numbers.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving texts; you will receive one confirmation message and nothing further unless you opt in again by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@agencyftw.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
