Content on agencyftw.com describes our services for general information. Prices, scope, and timelines are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, payment-card information, or sensitive customer records through our forms.

Program description
AGENCY FTW sends and receives text messages for two purposes:
- Customer care and scheduling: conversational replies when you text us first, or when you ask us on agencyftw.com to text or call you back about your inquiry, including answers to your questions and appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders for that inquiry.
- Operations alerts: internal operational notifications sent only to Agency FTW staff and contractors who have opted in to receive them.
We do not send marketing or promotional blasts, we do not use purchased or rented phone lists, and we do not share or sell your mobile number.
How you opt in
- Text us first at +1 (305) 831-0074. Your message is your request for a reply about that conversation.
- Provide your mobile number on an agencyftw.com form next to our text messaging disclosure when you request a callback or a reply about your inquiry.
- Staff and contractors opt in to operations alerts individually; opting in is never required for employment or engagement.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and requests.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. AGENCY FTW does not charge for text messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you opt out you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you opt in again. To resubscribe, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
